Born in San Diego, California, with dual American and Mexican citizenship, Alicia Flores is an accomplished Project and Marketing Manager at INOGA Real Estate where she manages and oversees all essential real estate key information, including market intelligence, absorption monitoring, availability surveys, and property mapping. Based in Tijuana, Alicia supports clients throughout every stage of the transaction process, ensuring timely communication and access to up-to-date information for strategic decision-making and transaction process.

Her comprehensive approach to real estate transactions allows her to actively participate from the initial stages to the finalization of each deal, ensuring the timely execution of critical tasks and the delivery of exceptional service. With 20 years experience, Alicia understands the key visual elements needed to enhance property promotion through eye-catching and effective marketing materials.

Background & Experience

Her vast experience in real estate marketing, project management, and client relations, Alicia has built a strong career since she began as a Project Manager at NAI Mexico in 2005, with a clear focus on marketing. Her career includes roles at CBRE San Diego, where she supported the Mexico specialist broker group, and G Industrial in Guadalajara, one of the leading independent brokerage and development firms in Mexico. As Marketing Manager, Alicia not only coordinated strategic marketing campaigns but also handled market intelligence analysis and directly supported the execution of key real estate transactions.

Born in San Diego, California, with dual American and Mexican citizenship, Roberto Carrillo is a 20-year veteran in real estate, specializing in capital markets and industrial property leasing across Northern Mexico. Based in Tijuana, Roberto has successfully executed some of the largest industrial transactions in the region’s history.

Roberto has structured over 24 million square feet of site selection, leasing, and sale disposition transactions, working with the largest national funds and developers. His extensive portfolio includes representation of major landowners, developers, and industrial users throughout Baja and Northern Mexico. Known for his strategic approach, Roberto excels in planning, executing, and closing complex projects, all while leading a skilled team to deliver outstanding results.

Notable recent industrial lease transactions include 721,305 square feet at REI Reynosa, 611,245 square feet at RMSG Campus Alamar Tijuana, 460,222 square feet for Mattel’s Tijuana Campus, and 386,880 square feet at Prologis Nogales Industrial Park, among others.

With a background in accounting from the prestigious Tecnológico de Monterrey, Roberto possesses the financial acumen to expertly serve the needs of global investors and operators in Mexico. His professionalism and dedication to client service have been recognized internationally, as evidenced by his acceptance into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) on March 1, 2019.

Born in San Diego, California, with dual American and Mexican citizenship, Mr. Enciso is a 25-year veteran in real estate, specializing in capital markets and industrial property leasing and sales across Northern Mexico. Based in Tijuana, Miguel  has successfully executed some of the largest industrial transactions in the region’s history.

Miguel has structured over 24 million square feet of site selection, leasing, and sale disposition transactions, working with the largest national funds and developers. His extensive portfolio includes representation of major landowners, developers, and industrial users throughout Baja and Northern Mexico. Known for his strategic approach, Miguel excels in planning, executing, and closing complex projects, all while leading a skilled team to deliver outstanding results.

Miguel has also helped multiple developers buy, develop and lease or sell various industrial parks.

Notable recent industrial lease transactions include 516,693 square feet at MEOR Northwest Industrial Park and land sales in Tijuana Baja California, among others.
